At Right Away Kitchen Cabinets, we focus on building cabinets that combine durability, precision, and modern design. Every cabinet is manufactured using high-quality materials and professional production methods to ensure long-lasting performance and a premium finish.

Premium Plywood Cabinet Box Construction

All of our cabinet boxes are made using 5/8" premium birch plywood. This material is used throughout the cabinet, including:

  • Cabinet sides
  • Cabinet backs
  • Drawer bottoms

Why 5/8" Birch Plywood Matters:

  • Stronger and more stable than particle board
  • Excellent screw-holding strength for long-term durability
  • Resists sagging, warping, and moisture-related issues
  • Provides a solid feel and professional-grade construction

We do not use particle board in any part of our cabinet boxes.

Precision CNC Cutting Technology

Once materials are prepared, all cabinet components are processed using CNC (Computer Numerical Control) machinery. This ensures unmatched accuracy and consistency across every cabinet.

CNC machining allows us to:

Cut all components to exact specifications

Pre-drill shelf pin holes for adjustable shelving

Pre-drill hinge plate locations

Pre-drill drawer slide holes

This process guarantees precise alignment, smooth installation, and a perfect fit across all components.

Secure Assembly for Long-Term Strength

Cabinet boxes are assembled using screw-fastened construction, providing:

  • Stronger joints
  • Long-lasting structural integrity
  • Increased durability compared to stapled or glued-only assemblies

This method ensures cabinets remain solid and square over time.

Matching Edge Banding Finish

All exposed panel edges are finished using a professional edge-banding process.

  • Edges are sealed using an industrial edge-bander for long-lasting adhesion
  • Edge banding resists peeling and wear over time
  • Provides a clean, finished appearance

Finish Matching Details: For Acrylic Doors / Woodgrain Doors & Thermofoil Doors, edge tape is matched to the exact door finish. For Painted doors, edge tape is colour-matched as closely as possible (approximately 80–90% match)

Using matching edge tape ensures the cabinet looks cohesive and polished, even when doors are closed.

Interior Shelving Configuration & Adjustable Base Cabinet Legs

Our cabinets are designed with practical and efficient storage in mind.
Base Cabinets:
Each base cabinet includes one adjustable shelf.
Wall Cabinets:
Up to 24" high: 1 shelf
30"–36" high: 2 shelves
42" high: 3 shelves
All shelves are adjustable to accommodate your storage needs.

All base cabinet boxes are equipped with adjustable legs, allowing for:

Easy levelling on uneven floors

  • Adjustable legs

    Heavy-duty adjustable legs make cabinet installation quick and easy, allowing precise levelling on uneven floors while providing a strong and stable foundation.

Door Materials & Construction

All of our cabinet doors and drawer fronts are manufactured using 3/4 high-quality MDF, providing a smooth, stable core for a premium finish. We never use particle board in our doors or drawer fronts.

All cabinets are delivered with doors and drawer fronts pre-installed, helping to:

Handle-Ready Design

Door and drawer fronts are supplied without pre-drilled handle holes. This gives you the freedom to:
