5-Year Limited Warranty

RA Cabinets provides a 5-Year Limited Warranty on cabinet boxes, doors, drawer fronts, and hardware against defects in materials and workmanship under normal residential use.

If a product is found to be defective within the warranty period, we will, at our discretion, repair or replace the defective product or component.

What Is Covered

• Manufacturing defects
  
• Defects in materials
  
• Defects in workmanship
  
• Soft-close hinges and undermount drawer slides that fail under normal use
  

What Is Not Covered

This warranty does not cover:

• Normal wear and tear
  
• Damage caused by misuse, abuse, accidents, or improper installation
  
• Water, moisture, or excessive humidity damage
  
• Damage resulting from improper cleaning or harsh chemicals
  
• Scratches, dents, or impact damage occurring after delivery
  
• Natural variations in colour, wood grain, or finish
