Shipping & Pickup
We strive to make receiving your order as simple and convenient as possible. Whether you're picking up your cabinets from our Surrey facility or having them delivered, we're committed to ensuring your order arrives safely and on time.
Order Production
Production begins once your order has been confirmed and any required deposit has been received.
Estimated production time: Approximately 1 week for most standard orders.
Production times may vary depending on:
- Door finish selected
- Order size
- Product availability
- Current production schedule
Custom or large-volume orders may require additional manufacturing time.
Delivery
We offer delivery throughout British Columbia and Alberta.
Delivery charges are calculated based on your destination and order size.
Once your order is ready, our team will contact you to schedule a delivery date.
Please ensure someone is available to receive the shipment at the scheduled time.
Pickup
Customers are welcome to pick up their orders from our Surrey, BC facility.
We'll notify you as soon as your order is ready for collection.
Please do not arrive for pickup until you have received confirmation that your order is complete.
Customers are required to pick up their order within a week to limit any possible dust and damage to the products.
Inspection Upon Delivery or Pickup
Please inspect your order upon receiving it.
If you notice any visible damage or missing items, notify us immediately before accepting the shipment whenever possible.
Any concealed damage or shortages should be reported within 24 hours of receiving your order.
Delivery Requirements
Please ensure:
- The delivery location is accessible for our delivery vehicle.
- Adequate space is available for unloading.
- A responsible person is present to receive the order.
Additional charges may apply if a second delivery attempt is required.
Shipping Times
Once production is complete, shipping time depends on your location.
Most deliveries are completed within 1–2 weeks after production.
Remote locations may require additional transit time.
Order Changes
If you need to modify your order after it has been placed, please contact us as soon as possible.
Once production has begun, changes may not be possible or may result in additional charges.
